Rodolphe Sepho

Rodolphe Sepho is a 35-year-old navigator, from Guadeloupe. He has to his credit 2 participations in the Route du Rhum in 2014 and 2018 in Class40.

In 2022 for his 3rd participation, he will compete on a Class Imoca boat, bigger, faster and very demanding.

Its program includes many other water challenges and competitions. At the same time, Rodolphe Sepho is a specialist educator and helps young people aged 16 to 21years old who are experiencing social and vocational difficulties. In 2016, he founded the Rêve de Large association in order to enable young Guadeloupeans to discover offshore racing, not only from the point of view of high-level sport but also all the professions associated with it. Since then, he has been working for the development of the blue economy in Guadeloupe in order to allow young Guadeloupeans to turn more towards the professions of the sea and the offshore race. To do this, he launched the «land and sea» challenge: to participate to many local, national and international nautical competitions, including and collaborating with high schools in Guadeloupe until the Vendée Globe 2024. For now, Rodolphe after his participation in the Azimut Challenge this first half of September, he will launch in duo with Arnaud Boissieres on the Transat Jacques Vabre which will be launched on November 7 in Le Havre.
